Yes. Once your child has been accepted, the Registration Fee can be paid via EFT directly into the school’s bank account, using your child’s full name as the payment reference. Please note that payment should only be made after acceptance has been confirmed.
Yes. A separate Application Form is required for each child, as each application is assessed individually.
Yes. To ensure the admissions process runs smoothly, all required documents—including references, evaluations —should be submitted together with the Application Form. Incomplete applications may delay processing.

Applications are reviewed carefully, taking into account academic readiness, school reports, references, and whether Pioneer Academy is the right fit for the child and family. Where necessary, assessments or interviews may form part of the process.
Once a decision has been made, parents will be informed directly via email or phone. Successful applicants will receive a formal offer of placement.
Yes. To secure your child’s place, written confirmation of acceptance is required within the timeframe stated in the offer letter. A placement deposit may also be required.
